The drainage swale shall <br /> be cleaned and improved. The roadside ditches and drainage swale shall be sized to <br /> limit the off-site drainage from the project to predevelopment flow rates. <br /> e. Street lighting shall be provided for the intersection of Jahant Road and Hacienda Drive <br /> and for the cul-de-sac. (Development Title Section 9-1150.11) <br /> f. The property shall annex to County Service Area No.49 prior to approval of the Final Map <br /> to provide for the operation, maintenance,and improvement of the street lighting facilities. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1100.4) <br /> g. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when the parcels are developed. The <br /> fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is <br /> $2,235.00 per single-family dwelling unit in the Lockeford area. The existing private water wells shallbe tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to approval of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or <br /> percolation tests shall be shown for each parcel on the final subdivision improvement <br /> plans. <br /> d. Construct individual sewage disposal systems under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development.
