SIEGFRIED 5 <br /> ASSOCIATES) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The proposal is a Major Subdivision application to subdivide a <br /> 36 . 87-acre parcel into seven 5-acre parcels. The property is <br /> located on the south side of Jahant Road, 1280 feet east of <br /> Bruella Road, northwest of Lockeford. This application is being <br /> processed under the provisions of the 2010 General Plan. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- <br /> referenced application and will recommend to the Planning <br /> Commission that it be approved subject to meeting all of the <br /> following Conditions of Approval . <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Final Map. <br /> This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of <br /> approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, and (2) A Final Map has been filed with and <br /> accepted by the Surveyor' s Division. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. ordinance <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1.
