(Section 9-610.2 of the Development Title) <br /> C. The planting of street trees shall be as required by <br /> Section 9-1020. 6 of the Development Title: <br /> 1. Spacing. Trees shall be spaced at a minimum of <br /> sixty (60) foot intervals or a minimum of one tree <br /> per lot frontage. <br /> 2 . The planting of the required street trees may be <br /> bonded along with the subdivision's street <br /> improvements. Street trees on individual lots <br /> shall be planted prior to the final inspection of <br /> each lot' s residence. <br /> d. All street names shall be approved by the Director. <br /> e. The Final Map shall reflect the parcel configuration <br /> approved by Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-92- <br /> 56. <br /> 2. SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474 .9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless <br /> the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees <br /> from any claim, action, or proceeding against the lord <br /> agency or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, <br /> set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local <br /> agency, advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative <br /> body concerning a subdivision, which action is brought <br /> within the time provided for in Section 66499 .37 of the <br /> Government Code. <br />
