I believe we <br /> need to decide whether we want to keep this area agricultural or <br /> residential . <br /> If such an application were approved, then I would feel I <br /> was no longer living in a farming area, and would probably want <br /> to go the same way -- split my 18 acres into at least three <br /> smaller sections, since I would be living in a community of <br /> houses anyway.
