Approve Major Subdivision Application No. SU-92-14 (Tract No.2576) based on the Findings <br /> and subject to the Conditions of Approval recommended In the staff report <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Specific Plan and <br /> Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable plan adopted by the County. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the proposed subdivision Is consistent with the <br /> Agricultural Objectives of the 2010 General Plan and the Policies of the Limited <br /> Agricutture designation on the General Plan Map. There are no Specific or Special <br /> Purpose Pians. <br /> 2 The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and <br /> any applicable Specific Plans or Special Purpose Plan. <br /> • This Finding can be made because all lots will have the minimum required frontage <br /> on County roads and because adequate traffic circulation Is provided. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed. <br /> • <br /> This Finding can be made because the she is relatively flat and can accommodate the <br /> seven lots that have been proposed. <br /> 4. The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. <br /> • <br /> This Finding can be made because the subdivision of the 36.87-acre project sfte Into <br /> seven parcels Is within the maximum allowable density tot areas designated Umfted <br /> Agriculture. <br /> 5. Neither the design of the subdivision nor any proposed improvements are likely to cause <br /> substantial environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their <br /> habitat. <br /> • This Finding can be made because the Initial Study that was prepared for this project <br /> concluded that there are no species of threatened or endangered plants or animals <br /> and that the site Is not known to contain habitat that would support such species. <br />
