The seven lots proposed by this project fall
below the thresholds of significance for air quality impacts,
traffic generation, and the provision of other required
services. This determination is corroborated by comments
received from the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution
Control District, the Sheriff's Office, the Liberty Fire
District, and the Department of Public Works.
NOTE: This revised Initial Study has been prepared to provide
additional discussion of potential impacts related to
drainage.
