Septic system design should be based on the On-Site Wastewater Disposal Standards or other <br /> engineering recommendations. <br /> j 4.0 GROUND WATER INFORMATION <br /> L <br /> X4.1 Ground Water Depth and Gradient <br /> The San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District(1998 and 1999) ground <br /> L water depth and elevation maps were reviewed to determine the ground water levels near the Site. <br /> The Fall 1998 and Spring 1999 maps are the most current official maps available from the County. <br /> According to these maps (Plates 3-6),ground water lies between 100 and 120 feet below ground <br /> surface and flows atarg adient of five to twelve feet per mile to the north in the vicinity of the Site. <br /> No ground water was encountered by the staff of Neil O.Anderson&Associates,Inc. during the <br /> drilling of twelve percolation test holes to a depth of 25 feet on September 14, 15 and 16, 2004. <br /> .l`�4.2 On Site Well Permit History <br /> NOne agricultural well exists on the Site. One domestic well was recently abandoned under the <br /> oversight of EHD. <br /> L One well permit was found during file review at EHD on September 7, 2004. This permit, dated <br /> November 1, 1972,is for the installation of a new"test pump well."
