Anderson & Associates (NOA) has been retained by Ms. Stacey Griffith to conduct a <br /> L Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report for the property located at 9422 East Jahant Road Acampo, <br /> California 95220. <br /> i <br /> `. The purpose of this Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify,to the extent feasible,any <br /> potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses. <br /> L Regional and local database lists have been reviewed, and local and regional agencies have been <br /> contacted in order to determine if any recognized environmental conditions exist on the subject <br /> property. As an adjunct to the database search,the subject property background and history of past use <br /> r, have been investigated. Interviews have been conducted and a site reconnaissance completed. The data <br /> pertinent to this investigation can be found in the body of this document. The primary investigator for <br /> the assessment is Mr. Clifford Walker,Jr., California Registered Environmental Assessor#1-00797. <br /> Due to concerns regarding potential liability for toxic hazards which may adversely impact real estate <br /> in general investors need to assess property before sale or purchase to determine if current or past <br /> occupants or surrounding land uses could adversely impact property development or result in future <br /> liability for the investor.
