The subject property is a 59.40 acre rectangular shaped parcel <br /> occupied by a farm residence, outbuildings, agricultural fields and related roads. Jahant Road defines <br /> the northern boundary of the subject property. Hacienda Drive and vacant lots associated with that <br /> road defines the west boundary of the property A private road and associated private residences define <br /> the eastern boundary. Agricultural fields are located to the south of the property. <br /> L According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site', the subject <br /> property is zoned AL-5. This zoning classification is intended to recognize and preserve areas that <br /> contain existing concentrations of small-scale agricultural operations and dwellings,the minimum parcel <br /> Lsize is 5 acres. <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A.
