Smith has been retained to prepare the study and report for the following three parcels <br /> identified by the Assessor's Office of San Joaquin County as follows: <br /> APN: 023-030-46; 023-090-01 & 023-100-32 all in the County of San Joaquin. The site access is <br /> from Johnson Road. <br /> The guide lines used for this study are contained in ASTM E-1527-00. (Standard Practice for <br /> Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I) <br /> Our services are to identify recognized environmental conditions and to determine the presence <br /> or likely presence of any hazardous substances or petroleum products on/near the subject parcel <br /> under conditions that indicate a existing release, a past release or a material threat of a release of <br /> any hazardous substances or petroleum products on the ground or into the water of the parcel. <br /> This report does not include de minimis conditions that generally do not present a material risk of <br /> harm to public health or the environment. Our services do not include inspection of contents of <br /> any sealed containers or any physical testing. If such services are identified as needed in this <br /> report,they would be performed in a Phase 2 study. <br /> QUALIFICATIONS: <br /> The preparer of this report has attended and completed the ASTM:Environmental Site <br /> Assessments for Commercial Real Estate Technical& Professional Training Seminar,presented <br /> at Scottsdale,Arizona on March 25-26,2003, by an ASTM authorized instructor. <br /> Current Member-ASTM;NSPE, CSPE, PECG, ENGINEER'S CLUB OF STOCKTON& <br /> COWA. <br /> EDUCATION: BSCE University of the Pacific, Stockton, California, (Jan. 1959) <br /> LICENSE: RCE 15372, State of California. License Expires 3-31-05 <br /> 1. <br />
