SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The property is situated south of State Route 12, west of Johnson Road, north of Acampo Road <br /> and east of Clements Road, in Sections 13,14 &24, T4N. R8E The Union Pacific Railroad <br /> (Abandoned)borders the northerly property line of the parcels. <br /> PHYSICAL SETTING <br /> Based on published USGS maps and publications,the site consists of terraces up to 225'elevation <br /> and portions flat at 150'elevation. Bear Creek and tributaries flow westerly,primarily on the <br /> north side of the parcels. At present no public roads enter the area. A private road from Johnson <br /> Road is the only access. <br /> Soils in the area consists of a thin layer of gravelly loam, 10"-20" over weathered bedrock. <br /> The depth to static water is approximately 155 feet, as published by the Flood Control and Water <br /> Conservation District, County of San Joaquin. <br /> --'HISTORICAL LAND USE INFORMATION <br /> Information sources used to evaluate past and present land use activities at the subject property <br /> include: <br /> Aerial Photographs <br /> Topographic Maps <br /> Owner Statements <br /> "AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS <br /> Aerial photographs for the years 1957,1982 & 1993 were obtained for the street address on <br /> Johnson Road. These photographs do not cover all the property but show the typical land use, as <br /> the rows of land plowed or worked show up to the northeast of the site. <br /> TOPOGRAPHIC MAPS <br /> Topographic maps for the years 1939,1942,1952 and 1968 were examined.No structures or <br /> identifiable land uses are depicted on the maps. <br /> 2. <br />
