The complexities of such a project in the proposed location cannot be <br /> adequately evaluated under an Initial Study and a full CEQA analysis and review is warranted. This proposed <br /> project has caused a considerable amount of controversy within the Clements community resulting in a number of <br /> meetings on the issue. This fact alone should be sufficient to invalidate an Initial Study and a resulting Negative <br /> Declaration. I respectfully request that Community Development Department require a full CEQA analysis and <br /> review. <br /> Thank you for your consideration.
