This report is not equivalent to a Phase I Environmental <br /> L Site Assessment and does not meet ASTM El 527-00. NOA specifically disclaims any responsibility for <br /> any unauthorized use of this report. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1.1 Description of Site <br /> LThe subject property is located between Juliet Road and Silva Street, east of Mariposa Road, and <br /> approximately half a mile west of Highway 99. The property is a rectangular, 0.913-acre parcel,APN <br /> 173-040-40 (2514 Juliet Road). The property consists of a residence and an open field. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site,' the subject <br /> L property is zoned R-L(Low Density Residential)."This zone is intended to provide for neighborhoods <br /> consisting of detached, single family residences located within or immediately adjacent to population <br /> centers which have public services." <br /> V Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A. Photographs of the <br /> subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> Ms. Costilla plans to remain on the northern portion of the parcel.
