The Assessor's Parcel Number for the site is
204-120}5, and a parcel map and vicinity map are presented on Plate 1. The purpose of our
study wiW,io determine the suitability of the property for septic tank usage. The study was
performed in general accordance to the requirements of Section 9-10100© of San Joaquin
LCounty Ordinance. The following includes background information regarding the proposed
development, past and present use of the site, existing septic tank performance and permitting,
C and the groundwater conditions in the project area. In addition, discussions regarding our
L investigative procedures and the site conditions encountered during our field exploration and the
results of percolation tests are presented. Finally, our project limitations are provided.
6. 1. SITE DESCRIPTION/PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
L We understand the 16.27-acre project site is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture). At the time of
our study, the site was a relatively level agricultural field that had recently been disced. There
I
were no structures present on the site, and based on information provided by the owner, Mr. Sam I /
V, Loduca, there are no existing wells or septic systems on the subject parcel. The site was
bounded to the north by Junction Drive and single-family homes, to the south by agricultural
fields and single-family homes, and to the east and west by agricultural fields.
We understand that the subject parcel will be divided into three approximately 5-acre parcels and
that a single-family residence will be constructed on each of the three new parcels. The size and • '
r location of each of these residences are not known at this time. e
L
L44419.GO1/ST04R785 June 8,2004 r
L O 2004 Kleinfelder,Inc.
