Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed <br /> by a statement on the Parcel Map (Subdivision Map Act Section <br /> 66411. 1) . <br /> h. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9184) . <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. The irrigation well on Parcel #5 is not properly sealed. <br /> Properly seal this well under permit and inspection from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) for each <br /> parcel under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> e. Construction of an individual domestic water well for each <br /> parcel under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health division at the time of development. <br /> 3 . PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY <br /> a. Ten foot wide public utility easements shall be dedicated on <br /> the frontages of Parcels #1, #2 , #3 and #6 and on the <br /> southeasterly boundary line of Parcel #3 and shown on the <br /> Parcel Map. <br /> b. Thirty-five foot wide public utility easements shall be <br /> dedicated on the lot frontages of Parcels #4 and #5 and shown <br /> on the Parcel Map. <br /> C. P.G. &E's transmission pole line easement on the northwest <br /> boundary of the property shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> This easement restricts any structures or wells and trees over <br /> the height of fifteen feet at maturity. <br />
