Kerry Sullivan <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> PA-02-637 <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $178.88 per <br /> additional daily trip-end generated in the Manteca area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 4. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. The office (recreational vehicle) shall be placed on-site fewer than 180 consecutive days, <br /> between April 16 and October 31 each year, or be fully licensed and ready for highway <br /> use. A recreational vehicle is ready for highway use if it is on wheels or jacking system, <br /> is attached to the site only by quick disconnect type utilities and security devises, and has <br /> no permanently attached additions. Additionally, it shall meet all of the following criteria <br /> as defined by State Health and Safety Code Section 18010: <br /> (San Joaquin County Flood Control Division) <br /> a. The recreational vehicle shall contain less than 320 square feet of internal <br /> living room area, excluding built-in equipment, including, but not limited <br /> to: wardrobe, closets, cabinets, kitchen units or fixtures, and bath or toilet <br /> rooms. <br /> b. The recreational vehicle shall contain 400 square feet or less when <br /> measured at the largest horizontal projection. In addition, it shall be built <br /> on a chassis. <br /> C. The recreational vehicle shall be designed to be either self propelled, <br /> truck-mounted or permanently towable by a light duty truck, and it is <br /> designed primarily as a temporary living quarters for recreational, <br /> camping, travel or seasonal use and not for use as a permanent dwelling. <br /> 6. The office and all the chemical toilets shall be removed from the site between November <br /> 1 and April 15 each year. <br /> (San Joaquin County Flood Control Division) <br /> 7.
