The layouts (e.g., <br /> road and lot oripritatlor})should facilitate solar access for all of these uses- <br /> h} TuWn Canter Specific Plan. One Spacft Plan shall be prepared and approved for <br /> the entire Town Center prior to the establishment of any permanent use within the <br /> boundaries of the Town Center.
