The layouts (e.g., <br /> road and lot oripritatlor})should facilitate solar access for all of these uses- <br /> h} TuWn Canter Specific Plan. One Spacft Plan shall be prepared and approved for <br /> the entire Town Center prior to the establishment of any permanent use within the <br /> boundaries of the Town Center. The Specific plan for the Town Center may be <br /> initiated by the County, MHCSR, or property owner- The Town Cepter Spedfi <br /> Paan shall include the following areas; the mixed use portion with the open space <br /> care,the Central Community Commercial, and the area north to Mountain}-louse <br /> Greek, planned predominantly for open space and public uses, Ne development <br /> of this area shall occur without it befng addressed in the Specific plan. Phased <br /> development within the Speci% Plan area may necessitate modification of the <br /> Spedfic plan through subsequent plan amendments. <br /> i) Neighborhood Relatlonship to Town Center.
