This schedule shall be submitted prior to the issuance of building <br /> expansion in treatment capacity and shall be completed before the current or existing <br /> permits for the water treatment plant. <br /> 2. PUBLIC HEALTH - ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION (Staff Contact: Mike Huggins, 468- <br /> 3437) <br /> a. A soil suitability study which indicates that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must <br /> be performed prior to the issuance of a building permit, as required by Development Title <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of $390.00 <br /> must be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. A <br /> percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or the <br /> EPA Design Manual for on-site wastewater treatment and disposal systems is required. <br /> A permit fee of $78.00 per percolation hole is required. This septic system shall be <br /> destroyed under permit as soon as sewer lines are available within 200 feet of the <br /> treatment plant parcel. <br /> b. The water treatment system design and installation is to be approved by the State Office <br /> of Drinking Water. The contact person is Joe Spano at (209) 948-7697. <br /> 3. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Staff Contact: Francis Lau, 468-3000) <br /> a. Storm drainage facilities consisting of on-site retention facilities or a terminal drainage <br /> system shall be shown on the plan. The drainage may be on the site until such time that <br /> a terminal drainage system is constructed. <br /> b. Raw water storage shall conform to the requirements of the State Department of Health <br /> Services. <br /> C. All dimensions and capacities shall be subject to verification in the final engineering <br /> report. <br /> d.
