As <br /> noted above, how will this be enforced, who will enforce, what true remedies are available. <br /> This also makes clear that this is an Industrial use in an agricultural zone. There will be no <br /> means to control or monitor." <br /> Respgnse to Anneal Statement 11 <br /> This condition requires that all agricultural manufacturing take pace inside the buildings located on the site. If <br /> the applicants are not in compliance with this condition, the Code Enforcement Division can be contacted <br /> regarding lack of compliance. <br /> al StMm nt 12 <br /> e) HOURS of OPERATION: The hours of operation for the facility shall be between the Hours of 7:00 <br /> a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Deliveries shad occur only during business hours. <br /> "OBJECTION: The Application set forth hours of operation as S to 4:30, it is unknown why <br /> and how the hours become lam to 7 pm. Such an expansion of hou rs was not requested,nor <br /> should the hours be twelve hours per day. This use and its proposed sicpansion is adjacent <br /> to residential property. Such early and lab hours are not warranted considering the <br /> proximity to residences. Such usage and expansion of hours belies the underlying house <br /> and problems with the Application. The use as it currently exists ho a substantial adverse <br /> effect on adjacent property,and any expansion of hours will increase the adverse impact on <br /> the neighbors. This is in a8 reality an industrial use, and should be controlled and limited, <br /> not expanded in hours of operation. The intent is to <br /> provide a reasonable amount of time for the business to work while keeping the business from operating late <br /> Into the night <br /> Appeal StaW=nt 1 <br /> f) PARKING: Off-treat parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> Q All parking spaces, driveways, and rtaneuve" areas shall be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland-c cement <br /> concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properdes.(Development Title Section 9-1015.5[e)) <br /> ii) A total of 22 parking spaces shall be provided, ickrding one accessible space which shall be <br /> van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as dose as possible to the primary entrance <br /> (C.C.R.. True 24).
