Recommendations <br /> Action <br /> It is recommended that the Planning Commission: <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration; and <br /> 2. Approve the one-year Time Extension request for PA-02-12. <br /> Previously Approved Findings <br /> 1. The proposed use is consistent with the goals, policies, standards, and maps of the General Plan, <br /> any applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, and Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable plan <br /> adopted by the County. <br /> • The establishment, maintenance, and operation of the use does not conflict with the <br /> General Plan because the use proposed in application PA-02-12 is consistent with the AIG <br /> General Plan designation, which in turn is permitted in the AG-40 zone. <br /> 2.
