Y <br /> �.- (2) A total of 22 parking spaces shall be provided, including one accessible space which shall be <br /> van accessible. The accessible space shall be located as close as possible to the primary <br /> entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). ACCESS: Access to parking areas shall be provided as follows: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16)feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department assess be less than twenty(20)feet wide. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Kennefick Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. Agricultural production <br /> along Kennefick Road can be used to satisfy this requirement. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1020.8) <br /> j. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be enclosed by <br /> a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a <br /> dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the <br /> adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][Aj) <br /> k. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from <br /> any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off (snipe).
