The percolation rates measured were:
Parcel 1 22 min/inch
Parcel 2 15 min/inch
Parcel 3 18 min/inch
Remainder 22 min/inch
CONCLUSION
Based upon the percolation test results , interviews and soil
type, it is my opinion that the subject property is suitable
for septic tank and leach field , and that the use of the
septic system should not degrade the existing groundwater at
the density proposed . I also recommend that 10,000 S.F . be
retained for leach field for Parcels 1 and the Remainder,
and that 8, 000 S. F . be retained for Parcels 2 and 3 .
LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information
provided regarding the existing and proposed development ,
and on the site conditions as they existed at the time we
excavated our test hole and performed the percolation test .
It was assumed that the test hole and percolation test
results are representative of the subsurface conditions in
the general area .
Our professional services were performed , our findings
obtained , and our conclusions proposed , in accordance with
generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties , either
expressed , or implied .
