DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEMORANDUM <br /> UP-91-15 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> h. A seven to eight foot solid fence shall be constructed around <br /> the trucking facility (to be fulfilled within 6 months of <br /> approval) . <br /> i. Hours of operation shall be limited to 5 : 00 am to 9 : 00 pm <br /> daily. This includes all maintenance as well as arriving and <br /> departing trucks. <br /> j . Undeveloped areas within the truck terminal shall be <br /> maintained to prevent erosion and dust. <br /> k. All drainage from buildings and parking areas shall be routed <br /> %1 through oil and grease traps before entering any retention <br /> pond (to be fulfilled within 6 months of approval) . <br /> 1 . Parcels 005-190-43 and 005-190-57 shall be merged and the <br /> number of residences shall be brought into compliance with <br /> present ordinance requirements (to be fulfilled within 6 <br /> months of approval) . <br /> M. Sound level at the property lines shall not exceed 65 db Ldn. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not modified. <br /> n. There shall be no outside storage or salvaging of unusable <br /> equipment or vehicles or parts thereof. <br /> o. The terminal shall be an agriculturally related truck business <br /> and shall not be a general purpose trucking facility. All <br /> trucks and trailers stored at the site shall be limited to <br /> those used directly for hauling agricultural goods. (The <br /> transportation of unprocessed agricultural commodities <br /> directly produced by agriculture, as the term is defined in <br /> Section 9--3050 of the Planning Title_ ) <br /> SSS/KA <br />
