DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEMORANDUM <br /> UP-91--15 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> (1) The applicant shall provide a minimum of 42 parking <br /> spaces for passenger vehicles. <br /> (2) All parking spaces (for truck, trailer and passenger <br /> vehicles) , driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be <br /> paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or cement. <br /> (3 ) All parking stalls and driveway directions shall be <br /> delineated. <br /> b. Landscaping requirements (to be fulfilled within 6 months of <br /> approval) : <br /> (1) A minimum 10-foot-wide planting strip is required along <br /> the frontage of Kennefick Road. The strip shall be <br /> continuous except where it is crossed by driveways . This <br /> strip shall contain one tree for each 30 feet of <br /> frontage. <br /> (2) The following landscaping is required in the open parking <br /> areas: <br /> (a) A minimum 5% of the area must be landscaped. <br /> (b) One tree is required for each 10 parking stalls, or <br /> portion thereof. Trees must be selected from the <br /> County' s Approved Tree List. <br /> C. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. <br /> d. Signage shall not be permitted. <br /> e. Any outdoor lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays <br /> to the premises, with no spillover beyond the project site. <br /> f. One driveway shall be provided for truck traffic and it shall <br /> be a minimum of forty feet wide. <br /> g. Access gate shall be recessed from the property line a length <br /> equal to the longest truck-trailer combination used by the <br /> truck terminal plus five feet, or a minimum of twenty (20) <br /> feet, whichever is longer. <br />
