KENNEFICK ROAD, ACAMPO <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> 1 . The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> inspection Division: <br /> a. The proposed buildings shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into areas <br /> less than 3 , 000 square feet by area separation walls . <br /> b. The proposed use will change the occupancy from a M-3 (Ag <br /> Building) occupancy to a B-2/H-4 (office /shop) occupancy <br /> (U. B. C. Section 502) . The structure must be brought into <br /> compliance with all current code provisions including <br /> structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy and <br /> handicap requirements. This includes 3200 square feet <br /> building shown at the rear of Parcel 2 . <br /> C. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C. C.R, Title 24 ) . <br /> d. The floor area of the repair shop (H-4 occupancy) shall <br /> be served by one or more floor drains which shall drain <br /> to an approved grease and oil separator. The separator <br /> shall have prior approval by the Public Health Services <br /> (Environmental Division) before submission to this <br /> Division for permits and meet all the criteria for <br /> hazardous waste generation. <br /> 2 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material : <br /> a. A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B. C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 (1.) . <br />
