UP-91-15 <br /> February 15, 1991 <br /> Page 2 <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> c. Grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements. " <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> f . All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. <br /> g. All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits, or beginning <br /> of any construction. <br /> 3 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C. C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space (s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> Per foot (C. C.R, Title 24) . <br /> 4 . OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Obtain permit for the structure at the <br /> rear of second parcel next to 3200 square feet building. <br /> JH/as <br />
