Live Oak reviewed the EHD's Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby
addresses that have been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). Three
nearby wells were identified at addresses located within approximately 1 .5 miles of the
Site. Only two of the wells were tested for DBCP; it was not detected in either. Nitrate
as NO3 was detected in the wells at concentrations of 3.8 to 11.4 mg/L. The Maximum
Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate as NO3 is 45 mg/L; the MCL for
DBCP is 0.2 ug/L.
7.3 Office of Emergency Services Databases 3
The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) Hazardous Materials
Management Program (HMMP) Compliance Website was searched on October 29, ,
2012. No records were identified for the Site address.
7.4 Agricultural Commissioner's Records
The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted regarding
the agricultural use of the site. Agricultural chemical use reports were not provided by
that office as of the date of this report. When the use reports are available, they will be
submitted as an addendum. (;&IY75, 540dlrTT
7.5 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps
The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) Online
Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on October 29, 2012 for mapped oil or gas wells
within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. One plugged dry hole (Chevron USA Inc.
"W.G. Breitenbucher" 1) was identified approximately one-quarter mile north-northeast
of the Site. Based on its distance away, this well is not anticipated to have impacted the
Site.
7.6 National Pipeline Mapping System Database
Live Oak reviewed the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration's
(PHMSA) National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database for evidence of
hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter mile of the Site. No such pipelines
were identified. Other local pipelines not under the jurisdiction of the PHMSA may be
located in the area.
LOGE 1220 Page 5
