The subject property was not listed on the database at the time that we reviewed it. <br /> The RWQCB reports that there are no(0)correlations between the database and any addresses within <br /> the specified search radius. <br /> According to the RWQCB SLIC/DOD/DOE(Spills,Leaks, Investigations, and Cleanup Sites/Federal <br /> Department of Defense Sites/Federal Department of Energy Sites)list dated March, 2001, the subject <br /> property does not appear on this list at this time. The RWQCB notes no (0) sites on the <br /> _ SLIC/DOD/DOE list which are within the specified search radius. <br /> 2. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJEHD)to <br /> review file information on sites within the specified search radius. The following lists were reviewed: <br /> San Joaquin County Underground Tank Site List (6-29-01) <br /> San Joaquin County Site Mitigation - Other Agency Lead (6-29-01) <br /> The subject property does not appear on either of these lists. <br /> There were no (0)properties within 1/4 mile noted on the Underground Storage Tank list and no(0) <br /> sites found on the "Other Agency Lead" list. <br /> 3. San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services <br /> Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County OES in an attempt to determine if there are any <br /> files present at that agency which note any hazardous materials releases or spills on the subject <br /> propc.y or in the vicinity of the subject property.
