Parcel 1 will be 2.0 acres in size, Parcel 2, 43.08 acres, Parcel 3, 36 <br /> acres, Parcel 4, 38 acres and the Designated Remainder will be 44.80 acres in size. <br /> 1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> A site vicinity map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 2. <br /> 1.4 Site Map <br /> A site map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 1. <br /> 2.0 PRESENT AND PAST USES OF THE SITE <br /> 2.1 Past and Present Site Use <br /> The property has been vacant land in the past and is now used partially for vineyards. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> No septic systems exist on site. No permits were found for the Site during file review at San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> Please see section 3.1 regarding septic system details. <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> Please see section 3.1 regarding septic system details. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> - In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office <br /> reviewed an undated aerial photograph of the subject property available from GoogleEarthTM <br /> We counted the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption <br /> that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method, we determined that there <br /> are a minimum of 10 septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. <br /> The general area consists of pasture with a few scattered residences. <br /> 6.
