One record was found for the subject property under the name Joe Vitoria. OES listed this file as closed. A copy of this record is included in Appendix E of this report. ,/3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office? was contacted regarding use of agricultural chemicals on the subject property. Hazel Gallego of the Agricultural Commissioner's office found application records for the subject property under the names of Joe Vitoria, Vitoria Brothers, Den Hartog International Farms and Pieter den Hartog.(Appendix E). Ms. Gallego indicated use reports could not be located for the years 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 & 20088. The use reports do not include chemicals for which a permit is not required.9 The EPA's Restricted Use Products (RUP) Report10 was searched for the chemicals reportedly applied to the subject property.
