Kile Road APN: 001-180-12 & 13 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100- <br /> year Flood Elevation will be approximately 13 feet NGVD. <br /> Kile Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60-feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. <br /> The Regional Traffic Impact Fee will be required when parcels are developed.
