The frontage improvements for Kile road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of a <br /> fifty(50)-foot right-of-way Waal road. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2[d][31). <br /> 6. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of the <br /> County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each individual <br /> lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check, field inspection fees and <br /> must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development title Section 9-240, Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92-814) <br /> 7. Drainage from the improved portion of Parcel 1 shall be retained on-site by a retention basin(18-inch maximum <br /> depth). Drainage for each pond shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, an architect,or a licensed <br /> contractor,prior to issuance of the Building Permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135.9) <br /> 8.
