No. 11584 <br /> 418 Matthew Plaza <br /> Lodi, California 95240 <br /> Phone: (209)368—4159 <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> Subiect: Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report for Iqbaljit S. and Manjiet K. <br /> Rai,trustees,Revocable Trust, dated December 21, 1993 and Ange and Rosemary K. <br /> Mouttapa, trustees, Revocable Trust, dated January 25, 1993, property, located at 3400 <br /> West Kingdon and 13846 Neeley Roads, Lodi, California 95242 in San Joaquin County. <br /> The planned development of this property is to divide 47.52 acres into two about <br /> equal parcels, Parcel 1 to contain 23.73 acres and Parcel 2 to contain 23.79 acres, and <br /> create a two acres homesite within Parcel 1,Parcel 3, for financial purposes creating a <br /> 21.73 acres Parcel 1 and a 23.79 acres Parcel 2, all as shown on the attached"Tentative <br /> Parcel Map" which is attached to and made an integral part of this report. <br /> Submitted for your review, consideration and approval is a study conducted to <br /> ascertain if there are any surface or subsurface contamination sources on the above <br /> described project site and to determine the measures needed to mitigate any threat to the <br /> environment and human health. <br /> Property Current and Past Use: The project site is located in an agricultural area and <br /> bounded on the north by West Kingdon Road and on the west by North Neeley Road. <br /> Most of the subject property is and has been devoted to the agricultural pursuit of <br /> growing grapes and conducting nursery operations on Parcel 1. Exceptions to the <br /> aforementioned land uses are improvements constructed in the southwest comer of the <br /> subject property abutting North Neeley Road and the northwest corner of the subject <br /> property abutting West Kingdon Road,Parcel 3, and another small area located a short <br /> distance to the east of Parcel 3 and abutting West Kingdon Road. upon which nursey <br /> operations are conducted. <br /> The southwest comer development consists of a house and garage and a barn and <br /> a leach field on the northerly portion, and the southern portion consists of a mobile home, <br /> an out building,a well and a leach field. A relatively new home and garage has been <br /> constructed on Parcel 3 located in the northwest comer of the subject property.
