Rai,trustees,Revocable Trust, dated December 21, 1993 and Ange and Rosemary K. Mouttapa, trustees, Revocable Trust, dated January 25, 1993, property, located at 3400 West Kingdon and 13846 Neeley Roads, Lodi, California 95242 in San Joaquin County. The planned development of this property is to divide 47.52 acres into two about equal parcels, Parcel 1 to contain 23.73 acres and Parcel 2 to contain 23.79 acres, and create a two acres homesite within Parcel 1,Parcel 3, for financial purposes creating a 21.73 acres Parcel 1 and a 23.79 acres Parcel 2, all as shown on the attached"Tentative Parcel Map" which is attached to and made an integral part of this report. Submitted for your review, consideration and approval is a study conducted to ascertain if there are any surface or subsurface contamination sources on the above described project site and to determine the measures needed to mitigate any threat to the environment and human health. Property Current and Past Use: The project site is located in an agricultural area and bounded on the north by West Kingdon Road and on the west by North Neeley Road. Most of the subject property is and has been devoted to the agricultural pursuit of growing grapes and conducting nursery operations on Parcel 1. Exceptions to the aforementioned land uses are improvements constructed in the southwest comer of the subject property abutting North Neeley Road and the northwest corner of the subject property abutting West Kingdon Road,Parcel 3, and another small area located a short distance to the east of Parcel 3 and abutting West Kingdon Road. upon which nursey operations are conducted. The southwest comer development consists of a house and garage and a barn and a leach field on the northerly portion, and the southern portion consists of a mobile home, an out building,a well and a leach field. A relatively new home and garage has been constructed on Parcel 3 located in the northwest comer of the subject property. The development located to the east of Parcel 3 and abutting the southern boundary of West Kingdon Road consists of a house and garage and a leach field,two bams, a mobile home, and six green houses which comprise the nursery operation on the subject property.
