On the date of the field search no pesticides, herbicides, chemicals or fertilizers <br /> were found on the subject property except for the several drum containers noted in <br /> photographs(313 and(3E) which will need to be properly stored and/or disposed of. <br /> All of the farm vehicles and equipment are fueled outside the property <br /> boundaries; so there are no overhead fuel dispensing tanks located on the subject <br /> property. <br /> Also the visual above ground property search did not reveal any vent pipes, <br /> excavated areas or other evidences of below ground contaminant sources. However, no <br /> below ground excavations were made as a part of this property search. <br /> Possible Septic Contamination: Existing San Joaquin County records of septic system <br /> permits in the immediate area of the subject property were reviewed. A total of fourteen <br /> (14)septic permits were reviewed. Six(6)of the permits reviewed were along Kingdon <br /> Road and eight(8) of the permits reviewed were along Neeley Road. The Kingdon Road <br /> permits reviewed were for installing installations from July 31, 1989 through September <br /> 7, 1993 and none of them involved the subject property. The Neeley Road permits <br /> reviewed were for installing installations from October 17, 1962 through March 15, 1990 <br /> and one of the permits was for the subject property and involved a septic facility for the <br /> house located in the southwest comer of the subject property. Four(4) of the permits <br /> reviewed were for additions to existing systems.
