I <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) has been prepared by Live <br /> Oak GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (Live Oak) at the request of Carl Navarra. The subjects of <br /> this investigation are his properties located at 34770 South Koster Road and 475 and <br /> 487 West Blewett Road, Tracy, California. The San Joaquin County application <br /> numbers have not yet been assigned. <br /> 1.1 About the SSCR <br /> The SSCR is a document specific to San Joaquin County that aims to identify sources <br /> of on-site or off-site contamination affecting the Site, both current and past. The San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department EHD will review this information as <br /> q tY p { ) <br /> part of a land use application for the Site and may request action to address any <br /> contamination identified. The SSCR is designed for this specific use. Live Oak <br /> prohibits use of the SSCR by any other parties or for any other purpose, including but <br /> not limited to making business or health risk determinations. The client is encouraged, <br /> however, to seek further information and take steps to remedy any contamination that <br /> may be present on the Site. <br /> Per EHD_policy. this report is only valid for six months from its date of completion. The <br /> land use application must also be submitted to San Joaquin County within six months of <br /> the completion of this report for the SSCR to remain valid. <br /> i <br /> 2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The Site for this investigation consists f two a jacent parcels. Each parcel will be <br /> divided separately under its own San Jo ounty application. Thetwo parcels are <br /> discussed below: <br /> • Assessor's Parcel Number (AP �5�Oster Road Project). This parcel <br /> bears the address of 34770 So ; it is approximately 160 acres <br /> gross in size_ The northern half of this parcel is planted with almond orchard; the <br /> southern half is open crop land. A pipeline crosses this parcel. An irrigation well <br /> is to Ile southern property line. <br /> • AP255-170-10 Blewett Road Project). This parcel bears the addresses of 475 <br /> and -87 Blewett Road; it is approximately 160 acres gross in size. An <br /> agricultural shop building, a house, and two mobile homes are located on the <br /> southern side of this parcel. The re r f the parcel is an orchard.
