The <br /> property is located at 125 to 180 feet above mean s alavel with a slight grade down to <br /> the northeast. This map is included as Plate in Append' <br /> 3.0 HISTORICAL RESEARCH <br /> 3.1 Aerial Photographs <br /> Live Oak reviewed aerial photographs of the Site provided by the San Joaquin County <br /> Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California. The available photographs were dated 1937, <br /> 1952, 1963, 1975, and 1983. Three additional photographs, dated October 1998, <br /> September 2002, and March 2008, were obtained from the San Joaquin County District <br /> Viewer. <br /> In the 1937 photo, the Site appears to be open agricultural land. Vernalis Road and <br /> Blewett Road define the northern and southern property lines. Building clusters can be <br /> seen in the northeast corners of both parcels; two or more structures are located within <br /> each cluster.
