This rule was established in 2003 <br /> as part of the strategy for achieving ozone attainment. <br /> Rule 4601 (Architectural Coatings): This rule limits volatile organic <br /> compounds (VOC)from architectural coatings. This rule specifies architectural <br /> coatings storage, clean up, and labeling requirements. <br /> Rule 4641 (Cutback, Slow Cure, and Emulsified Asphalt,Paving, and <br /> Maintenance Operations): If asphalt paving will be used,paving operations <br /> will be subject to this rule.
