The year 2007 AM and PM peak <br /> hour traffic volumes for each interchange alternative are shown on Figure 3.L-3. <br /> Based on the operation projections,Alternative I represents the worst-case traffic <br /> operation design alternative of the three and is used in this operations analysis for <br /> impact comparisons. <br /> Intersections <br /> As shown in Table 3.L-9,the SR 132 ramp intersections with Bird Road are <br /> projected to operate at a LOS`B"during both the AM and PM peak hours under <br /> the worst-case design alternative.
