This truck traffic is the <br /> primary factor affecting pavement service life. Passenger cars,pickups, and two- <br /> axle trucks are considered to be negligible(Omni-Means 2005). <br /> Traffic Index(TI)is a numerical measure of the ability of a road structure to <br /> carry truck loads.
