Table 43 presents the projected peak hour levels of service on
these SR-132 study segments. As shown in the table, the westbound SR-132 segments to the east, to the
west, and within the Bird Road interchange are projected to operate at LOS `B/F" during the AM peak
hour. As also shown in the table, the eastbound SR-132 segments both to the east, to the west and within
the Bird Road interchange are projected to operate at LOS `B" during the PM peak hour. Table 43 also
shows that LOS `B" is projected on westbound SR-132 during the AM peak hour, and LOS "E" is
projected on eastbound SR-132 from the I-5/SR-132 interchange east to the end of the four-lane freeway
segment while the two-lane highway segment on SR-132 further east of the I-5/SR-132 interchange is
projected to operate at LOS "F" during both peak hours. Finally, all three non state highway facilities
i. including Bird Road,Koster Road and Blewett Road are projected to operate at LOS "C" or better during
both peak hours.
TABLE 43
YEAR 2027 PLUS PROJECT ROADWAY SEGMENT LEVELS OF SERVICE(LOS)
WITH PROPOSED SR-132BIRD ROAD INTERCHANGE ALTERNATIVES 1 THROUGH 3
- .
AM Peak Hour .
