The site is to be located near the southeast comer <br /> of the Koster Court and Blewett Road intersection with an entrance planned to access <br /> Koster Court approximately 1.2 miles south from State Route 132 (SR-132) and the SR- <br /> 132/Koster Court intersection. The Department has the following comments:. <br /> Traffic Operations <br /> There are so many errors in the traffic data analysis at this time that Traffic <br /> Operations does not concur with the findings or recommendations presented in the E-1 <br /> Draft;rUR and Appendix C, Traffic Impact Study. The study must be revised and <br /> must be resubmitted. <br /> 1. Under Existing Lane Configuration in Volume Tl —Appendices, Segment 1, SB <br /> directional stop sign arrows are missing on S Bird Road. Alio, there is an existing free <br /> Right term on NB Bird Road EB to SR-132 Existing WA 132 is i L, 1 T, and 1R. E-z <br /> Existing EB 132 is 1 L, 1 T, and 1 R.
