Commenter also states that the project <br /> applicant is required to contribute its fair share of the cost of the interchange and future <br /> pavement upgrades along SR-132, 1-5, and I-51SR-132 and Interstate 580. <br /> Haul Route 1 is the preferred route. Mitigation for project impacts includes a fair share <br /> Lcontribution to the widening of SR-132 between I-580 and McCracken Road. <br /> Response to Comment E-22 <br /> Commenter states that Haul Routes 2 and 3 will not be allowed as these routes would increase <br /> traffic safety hazard at the intersections ofSR-132/Koster Road and SR-33/We4 Ave. Commenter <br /> also notes that the Project Study Report for SR-132Bird Road interchange was approved by the <br /> Department with the condition from San Joaquin County prohibiting trucks from using Koster <br /> LRoad for access.
