4.Minor Revisions to the Draft Environmental Impact Report <br /> r <br /> Intersection of Bird Road and Blewett Road <br /> The analyses indicate that the intersection of Bird Road and Blewett Road is currently operating <br /> :I <br /> at an acceptable level of service. and is expected to eantinias to filinetion at adequate levels of <br /> sefviee thFough the year 2025 under all pFE)jeGt seenaries with construction afthe pmjeet. <br /> However,the near-term Haul Route 1 analyses indicate that a combination of the proposed <br /> project and the pending and approved projects will result in a level of service F during peak <br /> periods at the intersection. <br /> The intersection is expected to operate at a level of service E in the year 2025 even without the <br /> ` proposed project Haul Route 1 would exacerbate the cumulative year 2025 impacts to a level of <br /> service F. <br /> ` To mitigate the impacts created by Haul Route I on opening day,a southbound left-tum lane is <br /> required. <br /> v It is anticipated that traffic signal warrants will be satisfied based on the year 2025 cumulative <br /> traffic volume forecasts.
