Such monitoring wells are not requ <br /> invert elevation of the Delta-Mendota Canal or the California Aqueduct." <br /> Public Works Conditions 2.a. 1 2.d. 2.c. 2.f. and 2. . <br /> The revisions to these conditions include the elimination of all references to access from Koster Road, <br /> which will not be used, changes to the required improvements to Blewett Road, and changes to <br /> terminology regarding financial security for road improvements. <br /> Dike <br /> As part of this application, the applicant is proposing to permit a dike around the pond to increase <br /> capacity. Because the ground gently slopes to the east, the dike will taper from a maximum height of <br /> approximately fourteen feet on the east end of the pond to about two feet on the west end. It is a <br /> recommended Condition of Approval that a registered engineer shall design the dike. The dike shall be <br /> designed in such a way that no more than fifty (50) acre-feet of water is stored against it and a minimum . <br /> of three (3)feet of freeboard is provided.
