The project is located south of <br /> the City of Tracy, and northeast of the intersection of <br /> Interstate 5 and 580. If you have any comments on this document <br /> they should be submitted in written form to this office by June <br /> 6, 1997. There will also be a public hearing to receive comments <br /> on the DEIR on May 28, 1997, at 4:00 P.M.
