Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> 1. An approved potable water supply must be provided for all employees (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1100.1). <br /> 2. Approved sanitary facilities must be provided for all employees (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1100.1). <br /> 3. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into any water course nor in any way <br /> contribute to the pollution thereof (California Water Code, Section 13376). <br /> 4. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 5. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 6. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> 7. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from premises <br /> to an approved landfill site is required in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, <br /> Section 5-2401, <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
