DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Staff Contact: Gabe Karam,468-3023) <br /> a. The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer and include the following: <br /> (1) Detail of access road first 100 feet from .i v es� er- °��-' Blewett Road shall be paved). <br /> ( P ) <br /> (2) Haul route. <br /> (3) Stockpile area for topsoil. <br /> (4) Any stockpile or excavation shall be 25 feet clear of the Koster Road right-of-way.' <br /> b. Loads shall be restricted to legal loads only. (Streets and Highway Title Section 10-2350). <br /> c. A video tape of road conditions on 4r�Blewett Road and Bird Road, along the haul route,is <br /> required prior to the start of excavation. The condition of these roads shall be reviewed with the <br /> Department of Public Works prior to the start of excavation and.every five years thereafter,(Development <br /> Title Section 9-1415.2) <br /> ' -� <br /> d. A Maintenance Agreement to ensure that , Blewett Road and Bird Road are <br /> maintained to a condition acceptable to San Joaquin County shall be executed by the applicant.The <br /> Maintenance Agreement shall be renewed every five(5)years. <br /> A 4eftd security or cash deposit in the amount and form acceptable to the Department of Public Works <br /> shall be filed with the Department with a guarantee that, if the Permittee fails,refuses,or neglects to repair, <br /> under permit, any damages to Blewett Road or Bird Road, along the haul route,which may <br /> result from Permittee's operations, the Department of Public Works may do the work necessary to restore <br /> those roads and bridges equal to,or better than, its original condition,using the funds from said bond <br /> security or cash deposit, subject to review and adjustment for inflation every five years. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-854.3) <br /> i <br /> e.
