RECLAMATION PLAN: The Mining and Reclamation Plan shall be prepared by a registered CMI <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, grading, and reclamation. Storm drainage runoff shall be retained on the site. The <br /> drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Plan_ A plan <br /> check fee as specified by Section 9-240 will be required.
