PA-0300317 <br /> OF ROGER TOWERS (APN: 265-090-08, 265-090-09, 265-090-10) <br /> i <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced General Plan Amendment Pre- <br /> Application to amend the text in two sections of the General Plan and change the <br /> e , <br /> General Plan map designation of three parcels in preparation for a Zone <br /> Reclassification. <br /> The proposed text amendments include the following changes in Industiral Development <br /> Policy 2. (a)(3) (Development and Locational Criteria for the Limited Industrial Land Use <br /> Category): <br /> (C.) be located on a local/commercial, Minor Arterial or higher <br /> classification roadway. (Vol. I, Page IV-32) <br /> This would allow the Limited Industrial land use designation on a local <br /> I <br /> commercial/industrial classification roadway. Current General Plan policy <br /> requires properties with the Limited Industrial land use designation to be located <br /> on a Minor Arterial or higher classification roadway. <br /> (D.) be located in areas served by, or planned to be served by, <br /> a wastewater treatment plant, a water system, and a drainage system, all of <br /> which shall be public, unless only one parcel is involved or the area is zoned "1- <br /> W: Warehouse." <br /> septics.
