Illumination levels shall be measured with a photoelectric photometer following the standard <br /> spectral luminous efficiency curve adopted by the International Commission on Illumination.The photoelectric photometer <br /> shall be Iocated inside the.property line nearest the luminaire,at a distance from the property Iine equal to the required <br /> yard depth or width at that point. <br /> (b) Protection of Uses on.Adjacent Lots.
